We’re coming down to the last weeks of season 1 of the podcast. This month, we’ve been looking at the “Impact” practices. These have included clarifying our intent, creating a scoreboard to measure work toward our goals, and creating processes and systems to ensure we get there. If you missed one, I encourage you to go back to previous episodes and review.

 

Now these steps are important if you want to have an impact and shape the future. But you know the phrase: all work and no play makes each of us boring! These impact practices are important – but I want you to balance by celebrating progress and having a little fun too.
